Or as ignorant, Anonymous #1, to assume Indians can't speak proper English. As a reformed stateside receptionist, I've found Indians do as well calling in with the Queen's English as we Indios do with the President's. Americans got the butt end of the report card, I'm afraid.
And Filipinos are as built for multilingualism as we are for multiculturalism, by the way; you just don't think we are.
