
Architecture was ambitious back in the
early 20th century. It tried to
actually change society… rather than letting
the society dictate the architecture. We can
learn from such bravery.
I guess it's a lot like
Filipino architecture which also addresses
the needs of its times, or at least a lot of
good Filipino architecture.
